River Publishers Return Policy

Books may be returned to River Publishers within 180 days from date of invoice. Before returning books booksellers should write to River Publishers or their representatives to get an official authorization to return the books. Reason for returning books would be appreciated.
Returned books must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Books returned without corresponding invoice information will not be credited and will be returned to the customer at his expense.
Books to be returned for credit must be in a saleable/mint condition. Books that are received by the booksellers in a damaged condition must be returned to the publisher within 45 days from the invoice date to be eligible for credit.
Short shipment claims, price and discount discrepancies must be submitted for credit within 90 days from date of invoice.
Books containing disks must be returned with disks intact.
Out-of-print books are accepted for return within 180 days after the title is declared out-of-print. Books that are superseded by a new edition are accepted for return for 180 days after the new edition publication date.
River Publishers requires returned shipments adhere to the following standards:

All cartons should weigh less than 20 kg. Cartons received over the recommended weight limit will be returned to customers for re-packaging at their expense.
Boxes should be clearly marked 1 of total number when sending multiple cartons. All packages should contain the customers identification number, include paper work and/or the invoice.
Multiple returns with different invoice numbers cannot be combined in the same box. Each shipment must include separate paperwork.
Any product returned to the publisher is at the customerfs expense. Detailed returns shipping information must be provided.
