The proceedings of the 19th Scandinavian International Conference on Fluid Power (SICFP’25) present a collection of papers—both peer-reviewed and non-peer-reviewed—delivered during the conference. Held from June 2–4, 2025, at Linköping University in Sweden, this event continued a longstanding tradition of dialogue and collaboration among diverse perspectives within the fluid power community. SICFP’25 was organized by the Division of Fluid and Mechatronic Systems at Linköping University. SICFP is a biannual conference that alternates between Linköping University and Tampere University.
SICFP’25 took place under the motto “Shaping the Future of Fluid Power,” reflecting the conference’s focus on the development of fluid power towards a sustainable future. As a forum for sharing the latest advancements, SICFP’25 brought together colleagues from both academia and industry to exchange information, ideas, and experiences.
The papers in these proceedings cover a broad range of topics, including innovative components and intelligent systems, diagnostics, noise and vibration, and AI-driven development. They highlight the ongoing transformation of fluid power technology to meet new demands for performance and environmental responsibility.
We thank all authors and reviewers for their contributions and dedication. We hope that these proceedings will serve as a valuable resource and inspire further research and collaboration within the fluid power field.
